Wolfpac and Digimpro announce YourSpins collaboration:
Wolfpac mobile, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Smart Communications, the largest mobile operator in the Philippines, and Digimpro have signed a three year agreement to bring Digimpro’s technology and the ‘YourSpins’ community to the Philippines.
Vince Parr, Vice President of Content Acquisition for Wolfpac, said ‘This is an exciting move for us, we see Digimpro’s technology as the next step in mobile music services.
Digimpro’s interactive music technology neatly combines the global trend for user-generated content and the importance of music on the mobile in one place on their community ‘YourSpins’. We see this as the future and we are staking our claim on it now’.
Rupert Evans, Digimpro’s CEO added, ‘Asia is a very important market for us and we are committed to growing our presence there, so to be working with such a major player is very exciting. IE Music and Digimpro announce today that they have agreed a strategic partnership. The partnership focuses on incorporating Digimpro's interactive music technology into the activities of all IE Music's artists including robbiewilliams.com.
Digimpro's technology was successfully tested in a promotional campaign for Robbie Williams sponsored by VISA in Germany; proving exceptionally popular with the fans and satisfying the marketing objectives of robbiewilliams.com. Following on from this success IE Music and Digimpro will also apply the interactive music technology to bring new levels of engagement and a significant increase in value to Robbie Williams' activities with consumer brands.
